Currently, we offer only standard delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay in delivery times.
All Gulf countries and Jordan orders are delivered by ARAMEX. All Gulf countries and Jordan orders are delivered approximately 1-2 weeks upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
*Please note G Linen provide tracking details for every order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
All our UAE orders are delivered by the brilliantly efficient team at ARAMEX. All UAE orders will be delivered the next working day upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
US/CANADA/EUROPE/ REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
All our US/CANADA/EUROPE/ Rest of the world delivery orders are delivered by the amazing team at ARAMEX. All US/CANADA/EUROPE/ Rest of the world delivery orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 Weeks after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that G Linen can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to G Linen you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Given the exclusivity of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds. G Linen are committed to ensuring quality in our items with many stages of quality control checks.
Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colors, sizing and fabrics. We aim ensure absolute satisfaction.
No order changes or cancellation once the order has been placed.
If the fit or style isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odor or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We will not allow exchange more than once.
Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorization request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing email@example.com with your order number and you reason for exchange so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.
*Disclaimer: we request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24hrs of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
- Estimated deliver times are to be used as a guide only and will commence from the date of dispatch.
- G Linen reserves the right to add extra charges to the delivery if your location is in a remote area.
- Please note that if your order is already “out for delivery” and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
- We can ship only to one address per order, to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- Additional charges apply for duties/taxes/fees at the border of country of entry.
