يتم توصيل طلبات جميع دول الخليج والأردن عن طريق شركة أرامكس. يتم تسليم طلبات جميع دول الخليج والأردن ما يقرب من أسبوع إلى أسبوعين عند الانتهاء من إنتاج الطلب. يتضمن التسليم تفاصيل التتبع ويتطلب التوقيع عند الوصول.

يتم تسليم جميع طلباتنا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة من قبل فريق فعال ببراعة في أرامكس. سيتم تسليم جميع الطلبات الإماراتية في يوم العمل التالي عند الانتهاء من إنتاج الطلب. يتضمن التسليم تفاصيل التتبع ويتطلب التوقيع عند الوصول.

الولايات المتحدة / كندا / أوروبا / بقية العالم التسليم

يتم تسليم جميع طلبات التوصيل الخاصة بنا في الولايات المتحدة / كندا / أوروبا / بقية العالم من قبل الفريق المذهل في ARAMEX. سيتم تسليم جميع طلبات التوصيل في الولايات المتحدة / كندا / أوروبا / بقية العالم بعد 2-3 أسابيع تقريبًا من تاريخ الإرسال. يتضمن التسليم تفاصيل التتبع ويتطلب التوقيع عند الوصول.

الضرائب والرسوم الدولية

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may wish to return your purchase. However, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Refunds are applicable within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may offer exchanges or store credit, subject to our discretion.

 

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day window. You can reach us via email or phone, and we will guide you through the process.

Please provide your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and any relevant photos if needed.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or damaged items, or if the wrong item was received. In such instances, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are not eligible for returns unless they are received in a damaged or defective state.

Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Addressing Damages:

If your order arrives with any damage, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage taken on the same day of receipt. We will coordinate the exchange process and arrange for the damaged item to be collected via our courier.

 

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item within the 14-day return window. Return shipping costs will be borne by you.

Cancellation & Replacement: 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

   • Customers may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at [Customer Support Email/Phone Number].
   • Cancellations made after 4 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fee:

   • Orders canceled after 4 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the item price.
   • The cancellation fee aims to cover processing and administrative costs associated with order cancellations.

3. Refund Process:

   • If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
   • Refunds may take longer to process during peak seasons.

Replacement Policy:

1. Product Replacement:

   • Customers can request a replacement for a defective or damaged product within 1 days of receiving the order.
   • To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team with relevant order details and supporting documentation (such as photos of the damaged product).
   •  In cases where a refund is not preferred, we can offer store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.

2. Return Authorization:

   • A Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided for eligible replacements.
   • The RA number must be clearly marked on the package for efficient processing.

3. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Replacement Process:

   • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the replacement.
   • Replacement items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Exceptions

1. Sale Items and Limited Time Offers

   • Items purchased in Sale Special Offer or Limited Offer, or at any discounted price are not eligible for cancellation, return, or replacement.
